(c) TaiwanDrones.com transmits qualified RFQ submissions to the relevant supplier but does not guarantee that any supplier will respond to, accept, or fulfill any inquiry.
(d) Any transaction that results from an RFQ submitted through the Platform is solely between the buyer and the supplier. TaiwanDrones.com is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, any such transaction.
5.2 Prohibited Uses. You may not use the RFQ system to:
(a) Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including misrepresentation of your identity, company affiliation, country, or intended end use.

(c) Attempt to acquire goods or services for end users, end uses, or destinations prohibited under applicable law.
(d) Submit unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or marketing materials to suppliers.
5.3 Sanctions Screening. TaiwanDrones.com screens RFQ submissions against publicly available sanctions databases as a courtesy compliance measure. This screening is not a substitute for the independent legal and compliance obligations of buyers and suppliers. TaiwanDrones.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sanctions screening results and shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in the screening process.

Supplier profiles on the Platform contain information provided by the listed suppliers, including company descriptions, product specifications, production capabilities, and certifications. TaiwanDrones.com publishes this information as provided, subject to editorial review for completeness and consistency. We do not independently verify all supplier-provided information except to the extent described in Section 8.

7.3 Removal. We reserve the right to remove or modify any supplier listing at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to inaccuracy, misrepresentation, sanctions designation, or violation of these Terms.
8. China-Free Verification Program
8.1 Program Description. TaiwanDrones.com operates a tiered verification program designed to provide transparency regarding the supply chain origin of products listed on the Platform. The program currently includes the following tiers:
(a) Tier 1 — Self-Declared. The supplier has completed a standardized attestation form and provided a bill of materials with declared countries of origin for critical components. TaiwanDrones.com records and publishes the attestation. This tier reflects the supplier's own claims and representations. TaiwanDrones.com does not independently verify Tier 1 attestations.
(b) Tier 2 — Document-Verified. TaiwanDrones.com has reviewed the supplier's bill of materials against supporting documentation, which may include purchase invoices, supplier agreements, and certificates of origin. This tier indicates that TaiwanDrones.com has reviewed documentation provided by the supplier and found it internally consistent. It does not constitute an independent audit or guarantee of supply chain compliance.
(c) Tier 3 — Independently Audited. A qualified third-party audit firm has conducted a physical supply chain inspection and produced a formal audit report. TaiwanDrones.com displays the results of the third-party audit but does not conduct the audit itself and does not warrant or guarantee the audit findings.
8.2 Limitations. The China-Free verification program is an informational tool. Verification designations are not certifications, warranties, or guarantees of supply chain compliance for any specific regulatory purpose, including but not limited to NDAA Section 848 compliance, Blue UAS Cleared List eligibility, or any foreign government procurement standard. Users are responsible for conducting their own supply chain due diligence appropriate to their regulatory requirements.
8.3 Supplier Liability. Suppliers participating in the China-Free verification program are required to execute an attestation agreement in which they represent the accuracy of the information provided and agree to indemnify TaiwanDrones.com against claims arising from misrepresentation of supply chain information.
8.4 No Guarantee. TaiwanDrones.com makes no warranty or representation that any product listed on the Platform is free of components originating from any particular country, including the People's Republic of China. Verification designations reflect the scope and methodology of the applicable tier and nothing more.
